How do I install OpenSUSE on my MacBook?

I downloaded both the Live and Install disk images and burned them on CD-Rs. Everthing works fine, until the installer tries to install GRUB. Then it gets an error saying it's trying to access a nonexistent partition. I try it with LILO and that seems to work, but then I can't boot from the Linux partition. It doesn't show up in the Startup Manager (you know, the thing you get when you hold down option when your Mac's booting up).



Please help!
