How to burn music onto a DVD

Does anyone know the proper steps to put as many CD's onto one DVD? Whenever I try this using iTunes, the final DVD displays only the song tracks. No band, genre, album, etc shows up as viewed on iTunes. I think it has something to do with playlists and folders?

    I think iTunes only does what you want when you burn an MP3 CD and not a Data CD (or maybe the other way round).
