iMovie Audio Rights?

So I've had this question for a while. What are exactly are the rights limits to the audio in iMovie? Does Apple own all rights to the music they provide in it (Not the Skywalker sound effects, but their "jingles" as they call them)? In film contests, is this music considered royalty free, and is it able to be used? All film contests require music made on your own, or music you have permission to use. I used all of iMovie's preset audio, but am I allowed?

I looked all in the legal stuff etc. of iLife and iMovie but found nothing. Could maybe you guys provide an answer?

Thanks!

It's my understanding that all of the audio in the programs you buy from Apple are free to be used in any way you want. I've heard a number of locally produced t.v. commercials that have used GarageBand snippets.
