Checkpoint VPN-1 and OS X Leopard

Has anyone managed to get this combination of VPN1 client and leopard working as whenever i have it installed i get authenticated by the gateway but i then get a message connection cancelled





I can get a conventional PPTP connection working and I have VPN1 on windows working ok using the same router Net-gear DG834N



Any Help would be appreciated

    Hi Simon,



    I have the same situation now:

    - able to use SecureClient VPN-1 working from windows

    - am able to get authenticate but connection gets cancelled from within Mac



    Did you manage to solve it?

    have you tried turning off the VPN on your Mac?

    I have it working now





    Our IT guys spoke to Checkpoint support and they gave them a workaround but I dont know the details i'm afraid



    I will ask them if they can give me details





    One thing that does cause an issue for VPN1 is if you have IP6 enabled on your network connection
