How do I upgrade bought songs/albums to 'Plus'?

The iTines web-site help says that already bought music can be upgraded to 256Kb/s (Plus) in the quote, 'upgrade by library page'. I cannot, for the life of me, find this option anywhere... anyone help please?

    From the main page click on "iTunes Plus" on the right side. You will see "Upgrade My LIbrary" on the next page with the amount.

    Galley, thanks for replying but I can't find the 'iTunes Plus' option - which 'main page' are you referring to?
