New Apple store in Salt Lake City?
Are there any floating rumors about Apple jumping to a bigger site in SLC, UT? They've got a pretty cramped space resulting in some pretty high per square footage revenues (I think they were in the top ten among all Apple stores last I saw). It seems like they could justify a larger space, a better training room/space and still retain strong per square foot earnings.
The huge new City Creek development would be a great spot and many of the new tenants would be complimentary as far as increased foot traffic goes, right in the heart of the city.
Anyway, maybe wishful thinking on my part but it seems that this new development would be a good 4 block move for Apple to make.
