iTunes Video Dual Full Screen Issues

I have a Mac Pro Running a 30" ACD and a 19" LG. When I tell itunes to Play a move/TV show in Full Screen, It only plays it on the 19", while I want it on the 30". This seems to be an intermitten problem. It'll do this for a week or two then switch back for a week. What should I do?
