Using MobileMe Push E-Mail Without Abandoning My Current IMAP Domain Server

My family shares a common e-mail domain and IMAP server, but I'd like to take advantage of MobileMe's push e-mail. Is there any way to forward messages so that I can send and receive e-mails on my iPhone using MobileMe while keeping my main address synced?

Ideally, this would be the way it would work:

1) Someone sends an e-mail to my primary domain.

2) The e-mail is forwarded to my MobileMe account.

3) The e-mail is pushed to my iPhone.

4) I reply to the e-mail using my iPhone from my primary domain.

5) The reply is saved to my Sent folder on my primary domain's IMAP server.

6) Apple's Mail application on my desktop computer retrieves the reply from the IMAP Sent folder and updates its local directory.

Is this possible?

No, when you hit reply on your iPhone your return address will be Me.com and not your primary domain email address.

There are several companies that offer push email for custom domains if you Google them.
