How do I fix it, so when I plug my iPod Touch into my Mac, it doesn't launch iTunes, and lock up?
Same thing here.
Upgraded my iTunes. Rebooted computer.
Now, when I launch iTunes it looks normal, and works as a standalone application.
But when I plug in my iPod Touch, it freezes. The computer presents none of its typical clues that I've plugged in new hardware, and iTunes stays frozen until I unplug the iPod Touch. Then it works again.
