According to french news site <a href="http://www.macbidouille.com,"; target="_blank">www.macbidouille.com,</a> Jaguar has been GM for a while now, and all the 6C8x/9x builds are actually versions of 10.2.1, a smoke screen so to speak to hide the release date of Jag. Apparently, CDs have already been pressed.
Might explain why Apple didn't Cease&Desist all the sites that published info on the beta builds...
