Add/Remove Radio Stations from iTunes Radio Section

I like the Radio section on iTunes for listening to internet radio but is it possible to add or remove stations? I only listen to a few of them so to make things easier I'm interested in removing the ones I don't listen to.

    You can. The easiest way to add a radio station is to go to their web site and see if they have a button to stream to iTunes. If they do, click on it and a radio stream will be added to your Music Library.

    As far as "getting rid" of radio stations, you can just drag the ones you want into a playlist -- probably the easiest way to do what you want.
