Hi, I need some advice on how I upgrade my Ibook G4's OS system from 10.3 to leopard using firewire. I have a host computer (with leopard) with mine obviously the target, I just need step by step instructions on how to do this.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

If you really want to use Leopard on an old G4, you can use Super Duper to clone the Leopard system onto the G4 via Firewire. But it will erase the entire iBook's hard drive for this. So back up first.

Btw, I have an iBook G4 and installed Leopard on it. It runs not as fast as Tiger on 1.067 GHz and 1.25 GB RAM.

Why don't you use the Leopard DVD?
