Which screen??

I am looking at the MacBook Pro. Which screen is the best, Glossy or Anti-Glare?? I know..I know it should be personal preference, but, what is the popular one and why?

    I bought the anti-glare because I hate any type of glare on my screen. I use the laptop in my sun porch with no problems or glare at all.



    The glossy does make the colors stand out more tho

    Irregardless () of the advantages and disadvantages of either one, matte (non-glossy) is the safe option. If you bought a matte screen, there is far less chance you'd wish you'd bought the glossy than if you'd gone glossy and decided you didn't like the glare.



    For a first Mac, I would without question go for the matte screen. It is however personal preference if you can adjust to using one. Use one in store if you can for 10-20 minutes on each and see for yourself. PC stores have loads of glossy screens that you can check out.
