iPodTouch upgr. 2.1 and what happen if I sell it?
I will sell my iPodTouch and I decide to install the last sw upgrade 2.1 paying 7,99€.
But after my decision, I had a doubt; what happen to the next owner if he has to restore the device?
Then I asked Apple and here is the answer:

Hello from eyeTunes. I understand you are preparing to sell your iPod Touch (hopefully you will be buying a new one) and wish to know if the potential buyer will have to repurchase the 2.0 upgrade if they restore the iPod Touch.
The answer is yes. If something happens and the new owner loses the upgrade they will have to repurchase it because the upgrade is tied to the account that initially purchased it.

I completely disagree with this rule as the sw upgrade as to be tied to the serial number and not to the customer account.
What do you think guys?
