questions about software update

So the iphone 2.1 software update is out, and Ive reads its only supposed to take 20 min.

well, Im updating now, and its saying 6 hours---seems a smidge long for only 237.8 Mb. Any ideas why, or how I can speed it up?





I have a solid digital cable connection, and am showing a strong signal.
