New MacBook owners, what do you think?
This thread is not for people like me who have only tried them in the store. I need to hear from people who actually own one of these things. I am particularly interested in performance. I am an audio guy with a home studio. I am going to buy a new USB interface and I use Logic Studio. Will the MacBook handle 24 tracks of goodness replete with plugins? Does the integrated graphics keep things moving along, or is there a lag in the interface when under load? What I am really asking is, will the books do real work, or do I have to buy the pro version. I do not use PS, nor do I do video. Your impressions of this machine will go a long way toward helping me make my decision.
