Please recommend an IDE to USB adaptor

I'm looking for something quick, cheap and easy to hook up a standard IDE hard drive to my iMac via USB.

I have an Adaptec enclosure, but I really don't wanna open it up just to format a hard drive, or grab data from one.

Can someone recommend a cable adapter that you use?

I use the older version of this one and it works great (I have used well over 100 times).

I bought this one a long time ago, and it works great. I wish I'd bought one that did SATA, too.
