Mail: Address Book cache

Anyone know where Mail keeps its Address Book cache? When I type in my mom's email address it tries to auto-complete to her old address. Her old address is not in my Address Book anymore so I'm assuming Mail is caching the address like Outlook does.

You're probably looking for "Previous Recipients" found under the "Window" menu.
