Combining SD/HD into one icon/cover

I have been trying to think about how to do this for months. I have scores of AppleTV quality and iPhone quality files sitting right next to each other. In cover flow, truly a mess. In grid view now, I see duplicates of all the cover art and I have to browse carefully for which to watch.
