Hmm, doesn't look like there's any way to selectively edit form items on a particular page.
I suspect all of the values are held in the ~/Library/Safari/Form Values file. Unfortunately it appears to be encoded, so you can't just edit it as if it were a .plist file.
The only option I can think of would be to either keep them all, or delete them all.
I know your method. But I don't need to delete all items. Forms contain some necessary for me information.
I would like to delete only selected items.
As yama said: Safari > Preferences > AutoFill > Other forms > Edit... > Remove All
However, don't use Remove All. Click on one you want to remove; then, hold down the command key and click on the others you want to delete. Make sure those are the ones you want to delete. If you make a mistake, hold down the Command key again and click on the ones you changed your mind about. Then, click on Remove. That should work.

thank
but I don't have "remove" or "delete" button
I have macbook and fn+backspace didn't help me...
do you tests yourself method ? It's works on your mac?
Maybe one of the later Safari versions will have "Remove".
I hope that works
I see you
I looked for real hard "Remove" key on my keyboard. ha-ha-ha
you mean that:
it's better then nothing but it is very inconvenient.
sometimes almost impossible have found required site.
I though then There exists easy method to do this. Method look like on this action in Firefox Windows. There can delete selected item to press key combination on keyboard (such as ctr+delete). It was very easy.

Yes, it works on my G4, 10.4.11. I'm using Safari 3.2.1 If you have OS X 10.4.11 or higher, try downloading:
http://www.apple.com/safari/download/
If you have an earlier OS X version, try downloading one of these:
http://www.apple.com/search/downloads/?q=Safari+2
Maybe one of the later Safari versions will have "Remove".
I hope that works.
In what country are you?
Just select them one by one and click "Remove". It's that simple.
He says he doesn't have "Remove" on his version. That's why I suggested updating.
