Transferring iTunes's statistics.

Hey all,



I'm planning to do a fresh install of OSX, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to keep the song information in iTunes when I transfer my songs back to my computer from my external after I reinstall. I'm referring not to the song titles and such, but rather the number of times it was played, when it was last played, etc. Is this information stored in the song tags itself or is it in some library folder? I'd like to keep that info if at all possible.

just copy your entire music folder over to the backup drive and then copy it back when you're done reinstalling
