NVidia introduces GT 130M

The new GT 130M replaces the 9600M GT and is supposedly 17% faster.

Not much I guess, but I wonder why Apple would not have used those in the 17" MBP. They're out at about the same time. Perhaps it came a bit too late.

    Nvidia is just re-branding existing products so people don't think they're out of date. You can expect all of the current 9000-series GPUs to be renamed GT 100-something soon.
