Help Removing Airport Device off my Mac

Well I have my own wireless network setup, so all i do is select it in my menu bar since I don't keep it on all the time cause the airport card gets hot. I selected another network by mistake other than mine and now I can't delete it off my computer. I tried system preferences and clicking 'Advanced' to see if I could get rid of t, but it doesn't show up. It's also located in the drop down menu in System Preferences>Network>Airport> Network Name. When I click on the menu bar, the connection is located below "Devices". I tried turning Airport off and then back on to see if it forgets it but no luck. Any idea how to delete "Devices" in airport from my computer?

    System Prefs -> Network

    In the left column, select "Airport"... Then select "Advanced" button in lower right corner.

    Making sure the "Airport" menu is selected on this new frame, this should get a box with the list of "preferred" networks... select the one you want to delete and then hit the "-" button below the list.
