Unable to empty Trash Bin containing files deleted from Boot Camp volume

I have a MacBook Pro with a Boot Camp partition that I am working on right now that has 5 files/folders "stuck" in the trash bin. When I look at the info on these files and folders, they all appear to be pointing at the Boot Camp partition on the hard drive. Searching the web has turned up multiple terminal commands to try, none of which has changed anything thus far.



Does anyone here have any suggestions besides either deleting the Boot Camp partition or wiping the entire drive?
