Network Test issue

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
So I downloaded the update and ran the network test but I get the following error:



Can't connect to Apple

Check your network connection or try again later.



Everything else on the ATV works, streaming from our Macs, the iTunes Store, streaming from iPhoto, YouTube. I went through the Configure Wireless and Configure TCP/IP and still I get the error message.

    Hello,

    The test only uses Active (PORT) mode. Passive is configuration less on the customer side and should always work. It could be your router/firewall prying with FTP traffic.
