why cant i delete another user?

why can't i delete my sister's account? everytime u press delete it would place a disc image into the deleted users folder but i still can access the account when i log out? And only my account has the administrator status.

    I think this may have been an issue in 10.2-10.2.1, try updating to 10.2.2 and deleting her again.
