Can a PC update a site created by iWeb?

Using iWeb I created and maintained a web site for a local non-profit. I am now ready to turn the maintenance over to someone else. Only a couple of PC users have shown any interest. Can this be done and if so how?

    theoretically one can edit the code of the site, but iWeb's code is a tough cookie. Better get a mac-using buyer...
