I vote for Toast because it just works all the time for me. I find it to be very reliable. It opens and closes discs quickly and erases them quickly where Disk Utility can often sit for ages with a message saying it's closing the disc.

It has support for MP3 CDs and you just drag tracks directly from itunes. ISOs and other formats are supported by drag and drop too. The data discs it makes are also compatible with PCs.

It has great drive support and shows detailed information about the burners and even supports Blu-Ray drives.

I used to use it all the time but these days, I rarely burn DVDs so I don't use it so much but I'd still recommend it above other software.
