Q: Data CD burning
Computer: iBook 2001 w/ ComboDrive, 10.2.2.
Simple question: can I burn data CDs (700MB CD-R)with more than ca. 670 MB on it, from the Finder? Or do I need special software (commercial, shareware, freeware?) for this?
If the Finder's limitation really is those 670 MB, I would appreciate somebody knowledgeable explaining WHY it is like this (I find it EXTREMELY annoying).
I also noticed that from iTunes, I can burn Audio CDs with approx. 750 MB on it.
Puzzled...

Try <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/16799" target="_blank">MissingMediaBurner</a> from VersionTracker.
Outside of that, you might need to purchase Toast Titanium 5, but that would also allow you to multisession CD-RW discs.
Hope this helps!
