Push/Pull

I recently changed the settings on my iPhone to push email data to my phone every hour. Since then, I've started dropping calls and having other problems. I suspect that the cause is the phone trying to receive data while I'm using it for other functions.



Does anyone know if this is a common problem? Or are a couple of coincidences driving me crazy?
