If an ivolume is loaded, I save/open to the desktop by clicking desktop

If an idisk, ftp, etc is loaded on the screen, I cannot click the "desktop" option to skip directly there. Instead I must go through hard drive > users > desktop

    Try clicking "Computer" in a Finder window, or selecting "Computer" from the Finder's "Go" menu, or hitting Shift-Command-C... This shows all volumes connected to your machine.
