MBP no battery charge and running hot at 195F

Hi all, My MBP CPU is consistently hot. From start up it goes up to 90C or 195F my fans constantly run at 6k rpm. My battery doesn't hold a charge either. Do any of you think that these two problems are connected and if so, how so and what can i do.



MBP 2.16 core duo 2

running 10.4.11
