Apple is the innovator once again. I mean can you go to the Blackberry, Palm or Google/G1 app stores and download porn?



No...



Porn is a huge industry and Apple will benefit tremendously from this. I predict the next app will be the iVibrate allowing you to set the phone to vibrate, perhaps even remotely for whatever period of time and whatever purposes you desire.



Add a million to the previous sales estimates.. hell make it two!

    Curb your enthusiasm, cowboy. The app mentioned in the article is not even in the app store. There are plenty of bikini apps in there, but none of them could be considered porn: certainly not hard core porn. It is more along the lines of pin-ups from car magazines. I seriously doubt that Apple will ever allow actual porn in the app store. There is no need for it since google is available, free, and better for such entertainment.

    I agree I wouldn't call that porn. In the magazine industry it would be considered glamour modeling.

    It's interesting AI did not pick up this story. It was reported that Apple pulled this app. But it turns out the developer pulled it. Because of overwhelming demand the servers were going to crash.
