Need help with ITUNES

Hey guys Im new here and I just did a TOTAL recovery of my harddrive and I cant seem to access the movies that I have paid for in ITUNES.. basically I thought that if I signed back in under my user account I would be able to see my movies that I bought... but its not showing up.. any help?
