BTW, does anyone know why the icons for the apps in the Applications folder in Pacifist are like this?
I would have said that it's because the icons aren't included in the package (meaning they're delta packages), but that doesn't seem to have been the case in 10.7.3, even though it IS generally the case for all Apple software updates these days?

But this is Apple's 10.7.3 Combo (client) you're looking at?
I didn't do it using the combo update i used the original lion OS install. When i extracted the MissionControl.app to documents that one worked fine thats why i thought about copying the contents to the broken MissionControl.app because before the copy the broken MissionControl.app had hardly any contents inside it
