"I was honored at all the time Steve spent with me. When I screwed him over later, I'm pretty sure he liked it."

I *think* that's what I just read. I also think I'm not buying it.

How about what Larry just said "is for show" just to discourage Apple employees and encourage Android supporters? I think saying that would serve the Android community well.

Emotions can run rampant and forestall the research. I like it when I am corrected, especially in old fashion standards. But I still don't like his baby face. The teeth, now it is not nice to pick on birth defects. Well, maybe its ok when the guy has the moolah to visit a dentist and save our tender stomachs.

    cheers also to digitalclips,

android is still a stolen product, and a complete piece of shit...

Just for the record, Yahoo had a search engine of its own, prior to Google. Then in 2000, it started using the Google engine. Google didn't invent search, they just did a very good implementation of it, which later became the de facto standard.

    Nice f****** try Larry

I can't wait to hear Larry explain the Motorola performance in upcoming earnings calls. This purchase is probably the worst business decision I have seen in the last 10 yrs. He obviously did not take Steve's last advice

My horse is very insulted with this insensitive comparison.

Now we need a picture of Larry'ss behind to affirm your point.

    Uh no, Larry.

He WAS pissed. You're lucky he's no longer around. Your company would be mired 5x deeper in litigation than it already is.

Please tell us what part of Android isn't STOLEN. You know, a little sneak preview before the courts drop the hammer (in due course.)

This is amazing that companies like Google stole others ideas and then claiming themselves as a hero. Shame on you Larry.

Considering Apple's legal costs, it is an expensive show.

Yes, but most of the lawsuits are directly at the third party manufacturers use of Android. Further, Apple still relies heavily on Google for Search and other services. So, Apple wouldn't sue Google until it could easily cut the cord. Moreover, Google is about to inherit Apple's lawsuits with Motorola.

I can imagine that he might actually believe this, but I can't imagine that he's right.

Somebody should ask Bill Gates if he thinks SJ was just kidding around about being upset when Gates started developing Windows back in the 80s....
