Installing Sierra,,,currently use Llion 10.7.5

Two questions:

1. How Sierra installation load current documents and applications

2. Have Parallels, Windows XP and few Windows applications...DO NOT NEED ANYMORE...best way to erase so that not reloaded during Sierra install?

For the first point, I think you should just be able to download from the App Store and install like normal. Provided your computer can run Sierra.
