Yeah, my friend was screwed due to this policy but I think he may get some of his money back for repairing. Apple really need to make a waterproofed or at least waterresist iphone 5S.

All gone in SF area.  It's for store pick up only and all of the stores in SF area showed UNAVAILABLE.

Hmmm...  Apple starts to copy Samsung with plastic case?  Not good.  I hope they'll pick a different name for the plastic phone other than iphone.
