17-inch iMac G5, 1.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, AirPort Extreme, SuperDrive, Bluetooth/wireless keyboard bundle Ordered Nov. 5 Shipped Nov. 15 Arrived Nov. 17 Good show by FedEx, even though it helps to gain a day crossing the International Date Line (it looks like it took two days, but it really took three)
I have the wireless mouse/keyboard with a 17" iMac G5 and it works just fine. There is a firmware update that I applied right away, but I didn't notice any problems before hand either.
I saw the article. It's just one line in a story that focuses on the lack of growth in Macintosh sales:That's it.
From the January 8 press release:
Six weeks, at least according to my calendar.
Back about four years ago you'd see threads all the time about how Apple should come out with a PDA, bring back the Newton, etc. Everyone was on the edge of their chair waiting for the new model from Palm, etc. Now hardly anyone talks about PDAs anymore. Passat V6 reliability is "average" according to CR; it's the used Jettas, Beetles and Golfs you want to stay away from. Otherwise ... I've always liked Civics. The Civic hybrid would run you 20k but it sounds like you want more performance...

I just finished watching Season 4 ... not as good as 1-3 except for the season finale ("Whitecaps"), which kicked ass. I don't get HBO, so I won't be watching Season 5 until it comes out on DVD.
