Yes, that didn't work either.
After upgrading to Tiger last week, Photoshop Elements 3.0 seems to be behaving eratically. If the application is not the first one opened after start up, almost all of the main functions are gone - I can't create a file, open one, or even quit without using Force Quit, the toolbar icons and menu bar icons are grayed out. The only way I can open a file after this has occured is to Ctrl-Click it in the Finder, I can't create new files. It's ridiculous that I should have...
