I tried this reset option and this one worked. I was able to restore it from iTunes and it's now working correctly.  Thanks!
I have a 3rd generation iPad that's a WiFi only model and the 64GB model. I have been using a version of iOS 7 on it for awhile and at times it would mysteriously reboot.  I could be in the middle of using it or I could even not be using it at all and simply see it restart. With the release of iOS 8 I installed the new version hoping it may fix this issue.  Sadly it got much worse.  I was able to get into the device a few times but for the last 5-6 days I can't get into...
I just purchased an AEBS (new model with 802.11ac).  I'm using it with Comcast internet service using a Motorola Surfboard SB6121.   I have a very odd and frustrating issue.  The internet simply blips in and out.  I have it set up with WiFi and have connected devices such as my iPhone, iPad, Mac Pro, and a Chromebook to it.  I have the issue on all devices so I know it's not device specific.   The network itself never goes away.  When I look at the WiFi area on my Mac...
I am running iTunes on a Mac Pro running OS X Mavericks.  It's worked fine until a few weeks ago. I have a music collection of approximately 3000 songs and have a large collection of podcasts I subscribe to.  It was originally set up to download podcasts for several episodes and I changed the setting to only download the most recent podcast.  After I did this I decided to delete all episodes of each podcast other than the most recent.  With my collection this was many but...
Thanks.  That's exactly what I needed to know
I have a Mac desktop with a very large iTunes collection.  This is all music that was not purchased from iTunes and is non-protected so I won't be dealing with issues over protection. My wife has a new Mac laptop and wants to get some tracks from my collection.  It is several hundred or more and I know it would be hard to go through the actual folders on the computer and find all the tracks.  A lot of times the folders and names don't seem to match what's on iTunes so...
Hello, I have one of those home gym/weight sets for doing weights at home.  The actual model I have is the Hoist H100.  I'm also into running a lot and for running I use RunKeeper.  It's wonderful to keep track of my running each year and throughout the year.  What I'd like is something like that for weight training. Basically what I'd like to do is be able to digitize my weight training.  Currently I have a piece of paper that I photocopy that has each of the stages of...
Hello, I have an early 2008 MacBook Pro.  It still had the original battery in it which a few months ago started expanding.  At first I thought it wasn't a big deal but later on it started getting much bigger until the actual casing of the battery popped open.  Unfortunately it was installed so slightly pressed into my case where it seems the keyboard slightly raised up. I went to OWC's website and purchased a new battery for this laptop.  It's in there now and seems to...
I'd like to upgrade it to Mountain Lion and actually tried it sometime ago when I upgraded my other Mac but unfortunately it's not compatible.
Good catch.  Sorry for the typo but I meant to say Lion, not Mountain Lion.  Both my MBP and Mac Mini are on Lion and the MBP gave me the option for the update but the Mac Mini didn't.  My Mac Pro is fortunately on Mountain Lion and will soon be on Mavericks.  I'm in the market for a new MBP and those new ones sure look tempting :)
