Perhaps will be handy for reducing inventory of the old Kindles once the touch-screen revision comes out ... but that won't be until fall I would think. I really don't see the advantage for Amazon if they only break even or a small...

Fortunately, the iPad is about a lot more than eBooks. I have no idea what titles I might purchase to read that way. Most likely on impulse when traveling. Or even more likely, if some titles appear whose content is some new hybrid form...

I trust that whatever the tablet thingie turns out to be and however many end up being sold, that they will be counted as MacOS units in the quarterly count-off.
