It's either meant to be an insult or a major screw up.  Either way most people wont care or notice.  Most people just look at the add and what it says and not the details beyond it.

And when the iPad Mini comes out they will add that to the bag of crap law suits.   My god man.  If I only had 10% of the legal fees I could retire for life.

I can create the same thing on my iPhone 4s.  Why is this such a big deal now?
