I also have the pixel issue, but I assumed it was a way of hiding code in the bootup image that causes it.

There is an updated mobile terminal online that hasn't been added to cydia yet, but you don't need to worry if you haven'y installed open SSH. If you're on a Mac you can change it by plugging your iPhone into the computer and doing it...

Jailbreak works great, no problems here except for some "broken pixels" on respring which aren't really broken. To bad so few packages support iOS4 and none support the retina display yet. Not to mention all the repositories...
