That iPad screen really looks like it was Photoshopped. I see JPEG artifacting well beyond the borders of the text, and the JPEG compression degradation in that area does not match the rest of the photo.

The business model is rock solid, but I can't help but think that this is truly monopolistic behavior. 

They are treading in really dangerous territory here to disable software for people automatically. Let's hope there aren't any hitches that prevent a user from getting Flash installed and back running.

The worst part of this app by far is how it uses IP addresses to store information about computers on your network.   In a DHCP environment, this is obviously terrible. As a result, you regularly need to delete data otherwise...
