Hey folks, Is anyone else getting small blue squares with a question mark in each one when Safari goes to certain sites, as I am? Thanks, Steve
Hey gals and guys, The Safari 1.2 update has solved the problem. Where I was getting the broken icons there are now excellent multimedia content, at least at the Master and Commander and Macromedia sites. The M&C site is very good. Check it out. Steve B. 8)
I installed SS 8.0.2 and for the moment it is working. Steve
I just tried the last link with IE and it came out fine, so I should think things are OK at the site. Appreciate it, tho, rok.
Thanks for your help, Brad.http://www.masterandcommanderthefarsideoftheworld.com/ (click on "English" ; or control-click "Show The Trailer", then choose 'Open it new tab'. A QT icon will appear, then change to the broken icon.http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/ (top of page)http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/home/index.html (at "Time on Mars" captions)http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ (3 on this page) This doesn't happen with IE, by the way.
Hi Paul I have OS 10.3.2 and QT 6.5, which I just reinstalled tonight. Steve
Very good, major. Is that "SS" as in Stuffit Standard? So how did you fix the problem? I have the problem, too. An Aladdin FAQ page(below) has a fix, but it's confusing and requires installing Stuffit Deluxe, which is not free, right?http://www.aladdinsys.com/support/te...essionid=64792 Steve
Thanks, Brad. I tried that but it didn't help. Steve
Happy New Year! At a number of websites I go to(with Safari) I get a wierd icon consisting of the Quicktime symbol inside a representation of (what I assume is) movie film, with a corner torn out. What does this mean? I downloaded Flash Player 7. Does it need to go to a specific place? Thanks Steve
Hi Gang, Printing labels with Address Book is nice for a full sheet of labels, but I don't see a way to specify a specific row and/or column on the label sheet, should one only need to print one label at a time. Is there a way to do this? Thanks, Steve \
