Hi! This is my first post so HELLO to EVERYONE

I've been searching around the net to find answer for my problem but no luck, so I decided to ask here.

I have my iMac 20" for almost 3 months now and when I bouth it it was already 5 months old.

Everything works great, just from time to time some of my windows became purple

Ok, first i thouth its just happening when I open MacSFV2... but than I installed Adobe CS3 2 days trial version and couple of times happend the same. It happens only when I start the program for the fist time after reboot or if close it with mac-q and reopen it. If I minimize and maximize the window, its all back to normal again.

This happend in alot applications (VLC, AdiumX, Firefox, Opera and some others). Only exceptions are Finder and iTunes - never became purple.

If anyone can give me atleast a hint I would appreciate it

Thank you.

In olden days I would guess that your Green Pixels aren't firing. Perhaps its got something to do with color space profiles, or the Gamma setting is all wrong in the green channel. When it happens, does it affect the whole screen or just certain windows?

Perhaps you've installed or corrupted a graphics driver that is messing with the green?

nope this is happening only on certain window and it doesn't happen every time. sometimes i can sit behind computer whole and doesn't happen even once. sometimes 3 o4 times in couple of mins

so you think it has something to do with me playing on Display/Color profile?

    hmm, that would be weird
