Apple's patch fails to fix DNS flaw
I found this link at another site and looks very much the client side of OS X is still unpatched even after the security update. Now it looks like apple are going backwards with things rather badly.

Damn, Apple really do suck sometimes. Unfortunately, the "sometimes" seem to be coming more regular of late
More info:
During testing on my mac OS X 10.5.4 fully patched with latest update
The DNS port numbers run one after another which means the flaw is actually still there
On my Linux box also fully patched
The DNS port numbers are rather random and is showing the flaw is totally patched.
