how to Warp iPhone pictures

Has anyone seen this? When taking a picture with your iPhone, press the camera button, and then shake your camera while the aperture goes in and out as it takes the pic. Instead of a fuzzy blurred picture, you get a warped image.

Is this a feature that no one knew about? A co-worked showed me yesterday

    I knew that was Sydney before I checked your nick! The style is unmistakable! Is it Newtown/Camperdown?
