Party schmarty. It's us independents that keep the 2 major parties in line. We are the ones that they cave to: the middle. Otherwise the left and right wings would ruin this country.

F-ing Nader was at my campus last week. One good thing about political losers is if they crash hard enough they can make a nice career out on the lecture circuit. Preach to the choir man, that'll sure change the world.

Not to be critical, but Nader's also the guy responsible for SEAT BELTS-- he was giving lectures long before last year's "selection"...

Meh, I'm not good with labels. My views are basic: live and let live (locally and globally), allow freedoms that don't interfere with others' freedoms, redistribution of wealth is a good thing, etc. But I have a lot of political views that are just uncommon. Like that we should rehabilitate those in prison, we should allow illegal drug use but have "registered" drug users with limited freedoms, there should be a population control lottery that gives you millions of dollars, you have a week to spend it, then it goes to your family, friends, or charity of choice, and then you leave this physical plane. I have more ideas too.

Indeed.

Socialists are just intellectually lazy.

Nader was busting corporate heads while Dubya and Gore were still getting pampered by their rich daddies.

Too bad he decided to hand the presidency to Bush, who's spent the last 10 months pampering those same corporate heads.

The intellectually lazy ones are those who actually believed that there wasn't a difference between Gore and Bush!
